What a mess!Not been to this Iceland store for years but recently visited the Canterbury Iceland and was impressed.Hoping to see the same food that the Canterbury store offered I was underwhelmed by what was available. There were at least 20 freezers that advertise the section yet the food inside did not match! For example desserts had pizzas, kebabs contained chicken burgers and ready meals contained chips or potato’s?Won’t be visiting here again anytime soon

Friendly and helpful staff. Pity fewer cheap ready meals. One used to be £1, was dropped from the range then reintroduced a few months later in different packaging for £2. What a con!

3 members of staff with no masks on. Should not be made to feel uncomfortable by staff. One doing her shopping one packing it for her and then another one taking one of their keys to move their car. When asked if they have to wear them get answered with well yeah!!!

Always get our Christmas meat from here, as it's a really good price and there is a good range - though they have lowered their slimming world stock, which is a shame as there used to be a large selection.

Nice place to get the Christmas turkey. They also sell many other products frozen and unfrozen. Friendly helpful staff and the shop was not too busy. Definitely worth a visit when shopping in Sittingbourne High Street.
