It has been 20 years since I purchased my last car and was very nervous about going to a garage and worried about being pressurised into purchasing a car by a salesperson. That said, the moment I met Paul, at the Aspire Motor Company, I felt relaxed. He was very polite and had a gentle way about him. He showed me around the car, how to operate the controls and answered all my questions in calm and professional way. He then left me, and my daughter alone look around in private. He offered a test drive with or without him in the car, we decided to drive without him. Because you view by appointment only, this allows Paul to provide such a great personal service. One of the best car buying experiences i have had has been provided by Paul at Aspire Motor Company in Winchester.Paul made sure that all the advisories on the MOT were completed and proof was provided by Paul to show the work had been carried out and he even serviced the car fully.To me, this shows how genuine Paul is as he stuck by his word when, inpaid the despoit.The transfer of money was smooth and was confirmed by Paul with no issues at all. I would definitely be keeping in touch with Paul if we ever need a car again or if a friend needs one. It was a long journey, but, it was worth it. Huge thank you Paul.

From the first conversation I had with Paul I was very satisfied with the company. We arranged a viewing and Paul made us feel welcome and answered every question I had. He took me for a test drive of the car and he sold the car then and there. The process was flawless, he kept me updated and was very helpful with the paperwork side of things. I part exchanged my old car and bought a Ford Fiesta ST from Paul at Aspire Motor Company.My experience with this garage was excellent. Paul was friendly, patient and helpful at all points of the sale, from my initial out of hours enquiry to driving away with the car.There was no pressure during my visit and Paul seemed honest and genuine.Would recommend.

I had been on the lookout for a an automatic car within our budget and the way the current market is, this was feeling like an impossible task. Everywhere we went they either had no choice or they were asking a crazy amount of money for not a lot of car.I decided to contact Paul at Aspire Motor Company and told him our quite specific requirements for the car we were looking for. Turns out he had just the car for us, a fantastic automatic Golf which was priced very competitively. The car was in incredible condition, it had clearly been looked after but also attention to detail on presenting the car to us was brilliant. It's often you see a car look great in photos but to see it surpass these expectations in person is very rare.Paul was very kind throughout the whole process. I normally hate the process of car shopping, going into a showroom and being hounded but this was a completely different experience. There was no pushiness, or pressure. He was nothing but patient and knowledgeable to our questions and inspections. It was like dealing with a mate rather than them seeing dollar signs. This kind of customer service goes a long way in my mind.I couldn't reccomend Aspire Motor Company's services enough - if you are on the lookout for a specific car just give them a call. They will go above and beyond to help you find the right car at a competitive price with excellent customer service.Will certainly be using them again in the future!

Amazing service, went above and beyond to get my car ready for me as a bit of an emergency to keep me on the road and able to work. Car is in excellent condition and price and Paul helped me with all the horrible paperwork, the least stressful car buy I've ever done.

Excellent customer service from Paul from start to finish. Really easy to deal with, superb communication and very good cars! This is the second car I have purchased from Aspire and I would recommend them very highly to anyone looking for a quality used car. Five stars for definite!

I feel I need to add to this review. James Bull, you're a friend of Paul, as you stated yourself. Well done for your attempt at defending this man. But you can't spell properly, I am not LIEING and have no reason to. The photos are plain for all to see. But I do respect your efforts to please an old friend. Well done you!DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM ASPIRE WITHOUT GETTING IT INDEPENDENTLY CHECKED. I would not purchase another car from this company and certainly wouldn't recommend them either. I wouldn't even leave 1 star if I didn't have to...Here is my experience of Aspire Motor Company.In December 2020 I Purchased a car from Paul at Aspire Motor Company in December. I was some distance from the car, so paid a deposit and Paul assured me that a thorough PDI (pre delivery inspection) would be completed as well as a 6 month warranty being offered. I trusted Paul at his word that the car would be fault free and in the right condition for me to collect. Paul insisted I pay in full, ahead of arriving at the car, because the bank transfer might not go through straight away and this would avoid an problem collecting the car (not an issue I have ever had with payment before this). I paid in full in the faith that Paul was trustworthy and the car would be ready. All seemed fine and I accepted the car.On the drive back from collecting the car, I noticed a vibration through the steering wheel when travelling over 50mph, which I made Paul immediately aware of when I got home. He said to return the car, but because of lockdown, was unable to straight away. When I did get the car inspected independently, it became clear the car had taken an impact to the near side front wheel, which I could now see has a fracture in and the wheel is buckled which should have been picked up at the PDI (photo attached). When I explained this to Paul, he accused me of doing the damage to the car and denied any responsibility. I don't like leaving bad reviews but feel that anyone considering buying a car from Aspire Motor Company should be fully aware that the PDI and the Warranty mean absolutely nothing and Paul will deny any wrong doing. Appalling customer service. To explain the photos. The 1st and 2nd photos are current condition of the wheel, the 3rd photo is the one I was sent by Paul before I bought the car and the 4th, a close up in which the damage is just visible, but he only sent a photo of one of the alloy wheels, which I now know was because of this damage on one of them. I'll never trust a car dealer at his word again.

Fantastic customer service - absolutely second to none. Paul made the whole experience very personal and I am so glad that I was recommended to go to Aspire Motor Company.There were a number of cars to chose from, all in imaculate condition and I was given all of the information I needed to make my selection. I am over the moon with my new car and the part exchange transaction was delightful and not at all as i was expecting. No haggling or making me feel pressured in any way.I can honestly say this was the best experience buying a used car I have ever had and would recommend and infact actually encourage you to go out of your way to use Paul and Aspire!!

Paul and Adrien were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always available for questions, providing more pictures and I felt like we made a great deal in price above all. I will happily recommend Aspire Motor to anyone.
