I used the SE19 branch and sadly did not get the treatment documented in the other reviews it was August 21 so I am hoping lockdown contributed because it really was a farce from the cars being late even though I warned them about a festival happening on route my poor late mother was late to her funeral,to the branch being closed as the woman whom was planning was ill .I was then told to go to East Dulwich where there was the most unbelievable brash funeral planner saying that the SE19 funeral lady had a nice if inefficient manner ( saying I couldn't have certain things due to time constants ,the funeral was in Sept my loved one passed in July ?)The first time I met her she commented oh you are on your own
