Monster Mayhem (Dudley Port)

Great soft play venue, was recommend Monster Mayhem by a friend. He said is was great, so it had to be tested out.Place is very big inside, lots going on. Well laid out. Staff were very friendly, prices a bit higher than others in the area but the place is bigger and better.If you want to go around with your child, you will have no issues, bounce castle, trampolines, football (mini) pitch, big slide, mini ball pit, lego room this place had alot going on.We had some food on the day. Chicken and chips - fair portion sizes.Highly recommend to anyone with small children looking for a fun few hours.

Absolutely brilliant place to bring the kids. Prices are cheap for what they provide. 2 hours as a minimum stay and play. Plenty to do. Even have a Lego room! Toilets on site. Plenty of seating areas looking directly at the play area. Big section for over 4s and a little section for 3 and under. Lots of food and drinks available to buy at good prices or you can take your own. Little toy vending machines for the kids to buy things also. Host kids parties with a separate rooms available and they have theme rooms to hire like disco party room etc Clean and tidy. Just a good place for the kids to burn some energy for a few hours. Onsite parking available at the front and to the side or park at the rear on the roadside-free!

After visiting today I can say that Jitterbugs in Greatbrdige is more ideal for toddlers. The Lego room didn't look very lit up at all. It did look closed to be honest until I saw people in there.The actually toddler part was damaged one of the soft play was torn at the back. A good handful of the balls was damaged. The part where the balls go in was getting jammed alot and can be quite a hazard as a lot of children's hands was messing with it (picture proven).They offer food it did look good but kids had take away yesterday wanted cook for them today.Prices seemed reasonable and staff was friendly and polite. Wouldn't want to go here when it's busy especially for toddlers as there part is very small.

Good value for money in the week. However last two times I visited the place smelt of body odour and sick especially in the ball pit. Needs a deep sanitation. As my son got sick as well from all the germs and bacteria. Needs fumigation really. Put me off as was his favourite place. If this gets fixed i will back. I see many negative reviews about this so doesn’t seem sorted. Probably a front for laundering

Absolutely disgusting place was filthy, cobwebs everywhere dust piled high, floors needed a good mop. Bins full and the only 1 toilet available in ladies had pee all over back of seat and dirty we arrived at 9.40 so all this didn't happen over night.The under 4 play area is not good because the high step to get onto equipment is to high.

Well . . We were out of area visitors BIG TIME " . . . not like any soft play near cheadle Staffordshire - like the name it's absolute MAYHEM

What an incredible experience we had hosting my daughter's birthday party at this soft play venue! I just had to share our fantastic time here!The birthday room was not only lovely but also spotlessly clean, creating a perfect environment for the little ones to have a blast. And let me tell you, they absolutely loved having mascots Mario and Luigi around! The disco with the mascots was an absolute hit - the kids were dancing and laughing the whole time!The team was so accommodating, allowing us to bring our own cake beforehand. When Mario and Luigi came in with the cake and candles, singing Happy Birthday

It was massive plenty of things to do.It's just a shame it's pretty run downFirst time there, and within 5 mins, the toddler section had to be closed as the safety padding was coming up, exposing sharp nails. The inflatable bounce section is full of holes and its filthy, blood, and mud all over the place.The logo room had nothing to build anything in there, and everything was dirty. Staff or family issues were happening between the staff as a woman was crying behind the counter.Tiny excuse for a dance area that was pretty much just a hole in the wall.Definitely needs a good clean, and maybe for them to invest some of the money back into the place would be a great start.My son enjoyed himself but was pretty upset the toddler area was closed as it was a big ball pit, and he's only 3.

The space is large and has some activities. But it is dirty and unkempt, dusty and the toys are sticky from the mess. I don't like it so I avoid it. My children also left with stomachaches after eating there. So be careful with the food there.
