Excellent place, being a female who hasnt spent time on weights before i have been very welcomed. I feel relaxed and if i struggle or dont know how to do something the owner is more than happy to help me out. Excellent set up for both weights and cardio and always kept on top of. Would highly recommend best place around for sure!!

This is the best Gym I have been too. The owner is so personable and runs great classes. We have completed Total Warrior as a gym team plus other fun runs together. We also have a great social scene at this gym. I would highly recomend it.

A no nonsense gym welcoming to all levels of fittness. They offer classes and have the best in the area for strength training. You will not find clicks here, everyone is equal with one view of achieving goals. The staff are approachable and friendly.

We visited this gym while on holiday. Alex the owner was very pleasant and helpful. The gym has everything you need including some equipment not seen at your big name gyms. Would highly recommend.

Great gym. Everything you need. Never too busy. Friendly and accommodating owner. Showers and toilets are always clean.Cons:The gym is abit expensive and the boxing bag definitely needs replacing.Make sure you book your 1st session in advance

The best gym in the area by far. knowledgable owner. A great variation of machines for hypertrophy training, enough dumbbells to go around. Everyone’s so friendly it’s a nice little community of lifters.

I started coming to KI when I had just had my 2nd baby and Alex was running Mum and Baby classes, that was almost 3 yrs ago and I still continue to use the gym. Alex, the owner is welcoming, helpful and always will to give advice and answer and questions ( no matter how daft), I would highly recommend this gym!!
