I was very disappointed about this store' s return services. The seller/owner made me come back to his shop for 3 times for the same parcel.First time he said that the parcel isn't securely sealed.Second time he said the box is too big and that delivery man just left the store, suggesting to come back next day or to try at another Evri Parcel Shops.I obviously didn't try the 3rd time and I will never use their services again even if I'll have to find another Evri Parcel shop much far from the where I live.
