I want to share my experience with you. Yesterday i needed to speak with someone regarding issues with my direct debit, Sue was absolutely fabulous, she listened to my problem and went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Sues customer service is outstanding

Excellent care for our dog, had to visit whilst in Chertsey on holiday, reassuring and professional and our dog feels much better now!

Took my cats here for a check up and their vaccinations. The vet and receptionist were both really friendly, the environment was clean and well organised, the vet answered all my questions. This will definitely be our vet going forwards

Been coming to this vets for a couple of years now and was really happy as I had an elderly cat and I wanted his last days to be well cared for. Over the last year his health has declined quite a bit and I knew his days were few.. by the beginning of may he had lost a considerable amount of weight hardly eating and drinking chronic diarrhoea and he was declining daily.. there was clearly something sinister going on as his stools had been runny and there was blood. He would lay next to me in bed in the last couple of weeks.. you could see in his eyes he had suffered enough. The Monday of the week he passed away my daughter had to take him to the Woking branch.. my daughter and myself had said our goodbyes but the vet wasn’t having any of it.. she wanted bloods and was even giving flea treatment to him and kept saying you can’t leave until you pay.. my daughter came back home with him.. 300 pounds lighter in the pocket and our cat who by now was buckling over because his back legs had gone.. took 3 more days of watching him in agony before he was put out of his misery.. it has prolonged the grief so much as I can’t forgive myself for trusting that he would be taken care of. I feel I let him down.after explaining what happened Peters reply was miscommunication. I have 2 other cats that are still relatively young so as long a they have Peter I’m happy as he is a good vet, but as they age I’m not sure..I know it’s a business but it really felt that they were rinsing every penny out of our boy before he passed..sending him home to suffer was inexcusable and in future I will question everything.

Very local vet offering very personal service. The vets always spend a lot of time with us and our pets. We’ve had nearly 30 years of excellent service from them, and all our pets have lived long, healthy lives.

This is hands down the best vets we have been to. They treat our pets with such care and are very professional everytime (no matter who we see), offering advice and wouldn’t put you through anything if it wasn’t essential. I would never go to another vets now as they show how it should be done!

I would highly recomend Chertsey practice the staff are lovely and they get to know us and our pets . Pete is an amazing vet always caring . He explains procedures and costs and will never carry out unnecessary procedures . Very trustworthy

The vet himself is amazing - but the admin staff here are absolutely awful and extremely rude and don’t want to help! Would not recommend at all!

Super friendly staff. For years they guided and helped us keep our old dog happy and healthy and make his life pain free and comfortable in his last month's until we had to say goodbye to him.Now we will be return clients with our new generation. As always great consultation, friendly staff and pleasant experience
