Great customer service. Had two personalised bathrobes made a few years ago for my 50th and my niece's 18th as we having a Spa day for our birthdays and recently wanted another one making for this year. I sent them a picture of what they had previously made me, and within a week I had another one made, exactly as requested. They send you an example of the artwork so you can check it is exactly what you want before they make it. Cannot recommend them enough for personalisation.

Ordered a sweatshirt for world book day was worried it would arrive on time as I was a bit late ordering so I phoned a really helpful lady went off to see where it was called me back assured me they were going to send it right away, it arrived next morning, I was really impressed with their customer service and the sweatshirt was great quality too. Bought a cotton bag and uploaded an image to be printed. Bag came plain as there was an error on the website. Any decent customer service would have sent out a printed bag but they wanted paying again so I spent £5 postage for a 50p bag. Rubbish printing company.

DO NOT USE!!!!Horrendous service and product. T shirts finally arrived after a month of chasing them and spending an inordinate amount of time on the phone.Product was not what I ordered and had been sent a much cheaper version of my order. Was then ignored by customer service and then finally told nothing was going to be done about it.SCAMMERS
