Crook log asdas is a lovely store with brilliant staff . Especially Michelle who is always smiling despite lack of staff in store . Never enough staff to cover the amount of customers. But when we shop there and we have a trolley someone always jumps on a till for us . Unless of course there’s only one staff working at the time . Come in management get some more staff in to help the staff already working so hard to keep the store going .From Lynne jones

The security guard who works here is so welcoming. I believe he has worked at this store for years and always has a smile on his face. He was very helpful today when me and my partner realised we had forgotten our bank card. He is a great member of the team and should be valued.

Asda Bexleyheath Crook Log Supermarket
Used to like coming in here but now it's pretty dire and soulless. The tills are unmanned and it now just offers self scanned. I'm not an asda employee and so shouldn't be doing it myself. I guess they are paving the way for a cashless society and artificial intelligence. Very sad.

I could go to the superstore in Bexleyheath but this is my local, they have most of the things I want but it is only a local so I don't expect them to sell everything, the car park is adequate the staff are helpful and friendly it's no more expensive than the superstore and they have a better range of garden plants which are very good value. Inside its always clean and tidy ok when they are shelf filling it may block the aisle but that can be expected but the staff will always move their trolly to let you past, I have no problems with this store what so ever.

Most rude staff I've ever come across couldn't be less helpful when I asked a shell filler if there was an item near where she was filling barely grunted a response. Nowhere near the customer reply two of my children were told how to respond when they worked in ASDA Bexleyheath and Belvedere. When I told her I'd looked in a frozen and there was none there either she replied 'well I wouldn't know about that would I' Think you need to send some secret shoppers in to see just how rude they are a lot of my family won't go in that store now. Wouldn't have put any stars at all but you need one to post!

More expensive, harder to drive to, parking atrocious especially when delivery lorry there blocking me, poor selection. Stick to the main store. ASDA please put signs to say when delivering will be as the lorry block the carpark

Asda Bexleyheath Crook Log Supermarket
This review is for Click and Collect Only.Click and collect does not seem to be functioning properly. It takes allot of time to locate parcels and people have to wait some considerable time. I waited 20 minutes to be served and after I was served I was told my parcel was not there.The lady that served me was pleasant and tried hard to resolve the issue. She did not seem to be at fault for this problem. I think logistically and how things are stored for collection needs to be reviewed. Do not send your items to this location until they dealt with the problems of click and collect.

Had to queue for over 15 minutes in one of only two checkout queues that were not self service, this after spending an hour looking for items as they have moved everything around again, asked where cook in sauces were and was told in warehouse as not been relocated yet. Not impressed at all.

Asda Crook Log has only got self service now so if you want a trolley shop don't. My husband and l got a small trolley full. 1st we had to put some of it in green baskets, as it wouldn't fit on the till. 2nd packing in to trolley keeps come up with place in packing area, but all the shopping wouldn't fit on it. Lady was very helpful but was run around after other people at the same time. Asda Crook Log is now a bread and milk shop. They still need one till for trolleys. I liked this Asda as l find it hard to walk round sometimes. Now I will have to go to another shop.
