New Forest Kennels and Cattery

We were quite apprehensive about kenneling our Greek rescue dog, Lil, as she has some socialising issues. However, we neednt have worried. Karen and Kai soon put our minds at ease. Their positive response to her needs helped her to settle quickly and some good advice from Karen to take home with us helped a great deal. Lil is booked in for a longer stay and we have every confidence she will be a happy dog. Thank you both for your help. Best wishes Sue, Dave and Lil

Having been very good customers since 2014 spending thousands of pounds, the change in ownership, management and staff has eroded our confidence in the overall services provided.Customer services relies upon communication, open information about changes in terms and conditions, and staff interaction with us, the Customer. All of which we have found sadly lacking.We now find that their Customer Service no longer matches the care and attention, applied to our animals.Fortunately we have sought and found alternative newer kennelling/cattery facilities locally, linked with an overall saving.

Buster my cat always looks well and happy after a few days stay. Staff are friendly and clearly fond of him. This gives me peace of mind when I have to leave him there.

Just collected my cat Gizmo today after his weeks stay. We have used New Forest Cattery for a couple of years now and the experience has always been first rate. Under new ownership its actually alot better, they are quite rightly strict on vaccination / jab paperwork which is an added reassurance. Most importantly I love how the staff have got to know Gismo and given him lots of cuddles. He has been well looked after.

I can't commend the staff here enough, espcially Jasmine she was so incredible and generally cared about our experience and cared for my cat, I can't put into words exceptional!Unfortunately we had a really bad start to our journey with my cat being very frightened after a near miss on the road on our way, the staff were so helpful in settling my Aurora in, this was her first time at a cattery and very rarely let's people stroke her so I was a bit worried.However after a few days I received some wonderful photos and a lovely message that Aurora was being very friendly with the staff, and was just fine, so did need to worry one bit!Can't recommend Newforest Kennel and Cattery Enough 10/10

Left doggo here for a small vacation. She was definitely well looked after. The process was very simple, and I felt the dog was left in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble for the teams, and they were all very polite helpful.The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be giving owners updates as I like to know how my fur baby is. However, I would 100% recommend and will be using them again!

It is quite the best cattery we have ever used.Imogen takes everything in her stride and forms a real bond with visiting cats.

We have used New Forest Kennels and Cattery for a few years and our dog is always very well looked after. Miley is nervous of other dogs and people but the staff understand and are gentle and kind with her.I have just collected her after a month's stay. Everyone came to say goodbye to her, it was lovely.
