Mark and his team are just amazing, they fitted air con in my home and worked solid for days, and the day they fitted the unit outside it was torrential rain. So happy with the air conditioning , Mark explained everything very well and how to use etc. Mark and his team even cleaned as they went leaving no mess, I was so impressed. Could not recommend this company enough. Hard working , excellent job and very reliable. Would 100% recommend. Will be using Mark and his team for servicing in the future.

The whole team from Green Cool were top notch and an absolute pleasure to deal with – professional, knowledgable, polite and cheerful. Excellent and professional installation of aircon in living room and bedroom. Workmen were careful when moving furniture to provide access. They cleaned up when finished. I recommend them to anyone looking for a company which provides good products at a reasonable price.

I got a quote from Green Cool which was reasonable, and then commissioned them to install an aircon unit in my garden office. They were responsive at all stages and installed in around a week. The installation encountered a slight issue with the Mitsubishi product (not Green Cool's fault) and they immediately decided to get a new replacement and were back within a couple of hours to successfully conclude the installation. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class service, I really cannot recommend them enough. Daryl gave me a quote very promptly and then was able to organise installation quicker than we expected, which was wonderful. It was also less pricey than you might expect.Mark and Jack turned up when they said they would and worked tirelessly in the heat, long hours with gusto and cheer, to get the units in in one day rather than two. Extremely prompt site visit and quotation by Daryl, and everything was installed and up and running within 48 hours of Mark and Jack (great guys!) starting work. A very tidy job professionally carried out with the least amount of disruption. I can honestly say that this was by far the best experience I've had with contractors. Now, all I want is the hot weather we had last year so I can play with my aircon. A true 5 star experience.
