Lots of Care

From the moment we first made contact with Lots of Care they have been extremely professional and very caring looking after my father during my mother's recovery from surgery. Their attention to detail and friendly service is above all expectations and my father is very happy with their care of him. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and again and are recommending them to our friends.

Lots of Care has been very understanding of my elderly mother's needs (she has advanced dementia and is not very mobile). The carers have treated her with kindness and respect and encouraged her to chat with them whilst helping her, which has resulted in her being more willing to communicate generally, whereas previously she was becoming quite withdrawn, so that is a great result. They have also been professional and flexible in setting up a suitable care package and I would recommend them.
