Very poor experience. Rang to order items. Explained someone would pick them up in a van for me later that morning. Credit card details taken for payment. When driver turned up they told him there was no stock and would not be for a month. Phoned employee who plainly felt they were not at fault and there was no issue. Refused to compensate for money paid to delivery driver. Avoid and go somewhere more professional

Really nice place to visit and found the staff really helpful, friendly and witty. Had a lot of things for sale in both front shop and Hardware shop and very competitive prices.If i hadn't gone inside i wouldn't have know about there garden machinery shop they have in Quarry Lane with amazing products. Well worth a look in both shops
