Amy Levin - Chocolate Making Classes

Had a lovely couple of hours with Amy making three different types of chocolates and learning about flavours and techniques we could take home with us. Amy is very knowledgable and we had a great time! Thank you!

Amy took myself and my 9 year old granddaughter for a two hour lesson on understanding good chocolate and how to make some of her delicious recipes. We enjoyed this hugely and she was brilliant at adapting to our not such cultured tastes. Her enthusiasm for chocolate in all its forms is very contagious! I can really recommend going to her classes and then buying some more of her excellent chocolates

Amy kindly arranged for a special workshop for me and a friend who is unwell and really needed a chance to do something very different.The experience was wonderful and pitched perfectly. We had great time and I would like to further explore chocolate making.I thoroughly recommend Amy.

If you want to learn from the best then you need to attend one of Amy's classes!She has the most enormous amount of knowledge and her teaching method is very clear and precise. Having been a student of hers for quite some years I find it extremely helpful to attend her classes as there is always something new that she has developed and there are always fantastic useful tips and tricks to pick up.Her courses are suitable for any level whether you are a complete beginner or just looking to touch up on your skills.I cannot recommend her classes more highly. Thank you Amy for sharing so much knowledge.

What a brilliant way to spend a Sunday morning!! Amy is fabulous - knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Suitable for wheelchair users - the ramp to Amy's house is steep, but if you have someone with you it's do-able! No step entry too!!And the chocolate... well... INCREDIBLE - step by step is guided and shown, then you have a go, and perfection isn't needed - yet when they are set and complete, they look professional!!!We had a great morning - we did the Painting Chocolate session - and are about to book on for another session! Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it for anyone and everyone!!

I've attended several of Amy's classes both in-person and online and I've thoroughly enjoyed the classes. Amy's recipes, attention to detail, and outstanding knowledge, teamed with the friendly and supportive atmosphere that she creates makes the experience absolutely brilliant. I have attended two days Bonbons Intensive class which was an amazing experience! Amy is very knowledgeable, gave us so much information and tips on how to do shelling, capping, how to pair flavours, what to avoid when making bonbons, where to purchase ingredients and equipment and much more. I think this is a must to attend class for all the beginners and also for those who already have a bit of experience in making bonbons. I was very pleased with the result after the class, bonbons looked amazing and sooo delicious. Thank you Amy so much for these amazing two days!

Really fun session- learning all about the art of chocolate making- lots of hands on experience and plenty of tasting along the way. Came home with my own box of professional handmade truffles. Thanks Amy!
