Since the huge rebuilding it has come a long way, they serve pastry and savoury goods here. There is seating area to have a sit down and chat, the reason I give it 4 stars is because they always sell out quite quickly. Overall a fantastic place, very helpful staff and employees.

This is the busiest Greggs I have used. Always a customer being served. Opens late and on Sundays. Usual Greggs fayre . Staff are friendly but at busy times you can wait because they are cooking more food to sell. Free parking right outside.

Polite and pleasant staff, even in the busier rush times.Some great bargains.Love the deals they do.The mocha coffee from Greggs is the best around. Better than Starbucks or Costa at a fraction of the price.And the steak and cheese baguette is bomb.There's 4 tables at this particular store. And there has been times where I've intended to sit in and eat my food and there hasn't been space. But that's no big deal ☺

Premises were clean and tidy for a change despite the rain. Stopped off to kill some time so ate in. I tried the new festive menu but wasn't that impressed. Mint mocha wasn't mixed well and was rather gloopy with lumps of chocolate powder. The festive bake tasted good but disintegrated in my hand making a sticky mess everywhere. No serviettes available at the sugar/stirring station so used the bag and some wet wipes kindly offered by a fellow diner.

Visited Brackla Greggs at 13.20 to buy 2 warm sausage rolls. There were none. The member of staff was sorry but that was not very helpful. We have tried to buy various items from this branch over the past few years. Each time they were unable to provide what we asked for. I do not recommend

I ordered 2 corned beef bakes & before I got my scan code up she said too late & I can't go back! Customer service NOT! Worse customer service ever!
