Excellent service from beginning to end. The ordering process is simple, with guided help if needed. The videos are all self explanatory, allowing a competent DIYer to tackle the installation.I would highly recommend anyone contemplating updating their stairs to use them.

High quality DIY bannister system for homeowners. Measure carefully and take your time. Some nice fitting videos on YouTube too. Very achievable if you have tools and aren't too afraid.

Fantastic product ans great way of designing a new staircase. Only issue is we couldn't have new complete newel posts so the original have to be chopped and new attached. Was told the join wouldn't be noticeable but it's terrible. I've since worked on it myself trying to fill and sand to a better finish. Stairfurb really need to come up with a better way of joining the new to old posts.

Got my ordered on time however fitted the staircase 2 months later as we had other refurbishments going on in the house. The landing chrome rail was too long when fitting it. Had to cut in to wooden post to fit it. Why that happens when video called the rep at Stairfurb to make sure measurements were right I don’t know. Secondly on clamps had one Alan key screw so tight it was near impossible to unscrew. We managed to eventually to do it bar one and we have asked for replacement clamp. It has been two weeks and we haven’t received a replacement clamp yet. Not happy as it’s holding up the completion of the stairway.

What can we say well for one it fits perfectly. We were cautious about buying a diy balustrade on line but so glad we did. We had 2 zoom calls from Harry ( a lovely helpful guy) to talk us through the measuring process which helped considerably. Once we were happy with everything the order went in.The delivery was in line with their time scale so all that was left was the fitting and after watching the Stairfurb fitting video about 100 times we went for it. The fitting process was done by us 2 DIY amateurs but by following the measurements provided and a little patience we fitted it in less than 2 hours and wow.We are very happy with out new look staircase and we can’t recommend Stairfurb enough. Excellent quality, easy fitting and it looks great.

Brilliant service from video call, measuring, ordering to fitting.Adi, the fitter was fantastic, also gave helpful tips to keep glass clean.Absolutely love my new stairs. So happy with the result.Would definitely recommended.

Lots of help from the staff at all stages of the self install. The overall finish is fantastic. The supplied materials are spot on.

Easy to use ordering system on line, very helpful explaining exactly how to measure each part. Quick confirmation of order and the delivery slot email was good, needing to confirm the delivery slot by return email ensured it went into my diary. Oak handrails and base rails are good quality and really nice with precision cutting to those and the glass panels. Got 1 hour slot for todays delivery which is helpful and driver turned up slightly earlier which wasn’t a problem for me. Love my new stairs!

Pretty good product but missing the finishing details. Handrail not finely finished needs further sanding. But overall nice looking product. Customer services were terrible and trying to get hold of anyone is impossible after spending money. On arrival of diy kit zero instructions on fitment and found some bracket holes missing.Overall would only recommend if desperate. Company only interested in taking your money
