My Pilates Practice

A very useful practice that makes me feel relaxed. In my case although it is a remote class Susy is always paying attention and aligns our body positions during the class which makes me feel confident.

I love Susana's pilates classes. She has a keen eye for noticing any opportunity to improve my posture, even during a video class! Susana really cares about every person, making sure we do the exercises well and don't get hurt. She is amazing!

I had my very first session of pilates this morning. Susana has guided me excellently through every stretch, pose, movement and alignment of my body while performing each exercise.I'm a new mother of a 5 months old baby and with a bad lower back and I fell, for first time, no pain while performing each exercise as Susana carefully made sure I was at the right position. Thank you Susana!!I absolutely loved it and felt wonderfully afterwards. Highly recommended!!! :)
