The Gold Bar

Took my watch for a service here and left it with the owner - when I returned, the watch was given back to me and it was out of sync. I paid and left it with the shop to have that repaired, and when I came to collect the owner said that I hadn't paid him and tried to charge me again. Fortunately I had the receipt. I got the watch back and it was still out of sync, so when I returned to speak with the owner to see how to get that repaired, he was incredibly rude. Would strongly advise to steer clear of here for watch repair.

I found a 21 carat gold chain that was quite heavy and a little skeptical to buy it at first- probably because the store is tiny and doesn't look like your typical jeweller. I took the necklace to two jewellers down Hatton garden to get XRF tested and the chain is in fact 21 carat as stated. I'm really happy with the purchase and absolutely love it. May return again and buy something else. Krouse wasn't that friendly on the first visit however was on the second. Glad he smiled and was a bit more open on the second visit otherwise I wouldn't have bought such an expensive item at his shop.
