I would give 0 stars If I could. They were very rude to my fiance when she rang up to complain about issues with the property to the point she was in tears. They don't take complaints seriously or the maintenance of their properties very seriously. They are money grabbing and will do anything to withhold the deposits or part of them. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs as they are unprofessional and rude. Again AVOID at all cost

Do not use absolutely useless never want to do any repairs and when they do it takes ages then you use local bodgers they will let you in cheaper for while then hike the rent up

Everyone in the review is speaking from the tenants point of view & you can see there’s been complaints from people. Regardless of paying my rent on time. I have been refused to get my deposit on some excuse that the ‘blue tac’ for posters and utility cost of £57. If they were honest the cost for repairs should be removed not taking the full £250 for some excuses. Also the manager is never in the office and is a close minded individual to be fair. If you want things done properly go Martin & Co or some other agency. Not this inconsiderate people who don’t care about their tenants. I know the manager would reply to this trying to defend his acts. Choose wisely people! Wish you guys best of luck

I have recently moved into a property through TMS and I can't recommend them enough. From meeting Robyn who showed us our beautiful home to Tom and Manpal having incredible patience with me even though I was harassing them every during the process! Nothing is too much trouble and they deal with any issues right away. Absolutely fantastic service. I hope to be here for many happy years!

Speaking from a tenants point of view.Me, my partner and a friend rented with TMS during 2017/18. The property was lovely and well maintained. Any big issues were swiftly resolved by the agency (shower and washing machine both broke down but were fixed within days), with replies and contact even coming over the weekend. The agency staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Tom!) and very understanding when we had to move on.I'd highly recommend this agency to any budding tenant looking for a property : )Thanks Guys!

Very nice , clean house. The (TMS) staff is very friendly and polite, any issues (wifi) we had at the house we called Tom and it was sorted straight away. The landlord is an amazing guy he comes now and again to see if everything is OK. I cannot fault them at all. If you looking for a decent place these are your guys to call ..

We currently rent out three properties through TMS. Ever since we first engaged their services they have been extremely responsive, and excellent at dealing with any issue, whether it is coming from us or the tenants. For each property they managed to find brilliant tenants who always seem motivated to look after the property. The 6% rate is less than most agents, so on all fronts I don't think their services and value could be bettered. We will definitely be using them again.

I am a landlord with a few properties that TMS have been managing for me for several years now. I have used several other agencies previously and I can honestly say that the serviceI receive from TMS is first class. They report any maintenance issues to me in a timely manner and always resolve them quickly. They always find excellent tenants, and as I am in touch with my tenants I know they are happy also. I am a professional property investor and I highly recommend TMS.

Very efficient and fast replies. We were able to get everything sorted out within a couple weeks and all paperwork was very clear. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very happy and would highly recommend!
