Great selection of fencing supplies, well priced but the staff make it my go to place. As a tradesman I find them really helpful, they give device when needed and if on the rare occasion they don't have what you need they will tell you where it can be found!Brilliant.

I have used this local sawmill on many occasions and I find the staff extremely friendly and helpful EVERYTIME! In the primarily male dominated trade of building things it's so nice to be treated so respectfully. I want to give them a shout out for the very BEST customer service.

They had just what i was after. We're making a pioneering catapult at Scouts. Large fence posts were ideal.Update..... We won the event!

I was tempted to submit two reviews, one with a three star review and one with a five since the service very much depends on who happens to be at the front desk, and possibly how hot it is in the office.I was supplied some incorrectly specified timber, a few months ago, and the team could not do enough to sort out the problem. I prefer not to have mistakes but judge a company by how they deal with mistakes that happen and this was a good sign.I recently had a problem with some decking fixings and screws (sold together) where I was given bags of fixings but no screws and, yet again, the staff were lovely on the phone, arranged for them to be ready and also suggested that I come in at a particular time to discuss, with their expert, a problem I had with the edge clips for the decking.I came in at that time and was a little surprised by a note on the bag of screws, where they were sorry that Person A had forgotten" to give me the screws (to my mind a simple mistake) but it jarred that they did not put that "We had forgotten". I dropped hints that a free driver bit would be nice

We placed the order on Monday afternoon and we were delivered our goods on Friday by a professional, friendly and efficient driver deliver. I am very happy with the service I have received and would highly recommend! 5*
