Recovery focused therapy
I’ve been suffering from recurring back pain and after visiting Ali for treatment I feel so much better and most importantly I feel no pain at all. Ali also provided information on stretching and training which shows he goes above and beyond for his clients. Ali was very professional, had all the necessary equipment to provide the best results,10/10 experience. I would highly recommend Recovery Focused Therapy to anyone suffering from any injuries or pain.

A friendly professional service. Manage to help with old injures and new. would definitely recommend to anybody who goes to the gym regularly or does any form of combat sport looking to improve their performance. Saving this man’s number for future treatments.

I was suffering with lower back pains for over a year, in one treatment Recovery Focused made me feel 10xs better. Excellent service and provided me with documents full of stretches to do after our session to make sure I stay on top of it. I would recommended this place to everyone!

RFT is owned by a Professional individual who is very knowledgeable. He has a holistic approach and caters to each persons needs.The negative reviews really don’t reflect Recovery Focused Therapy- as they are fake!P.S The venue is easy access for customers.

I had been suffering with shoulder and neck pain for 4 months, went to see these guys and 1 hour later I had full range of movement again!!!Would definitely recommend to anyone suffering with any joint pain!

Had an amazing experience with Ali. Went to him with a lower/upper back pain and honestly it went all away after the treatment session. Also what an amazing personality. Would definitely recommend him.

Amazing work Ali carried out. My back had been uncomfortable for several years however I consulted with Ali to speak about what we should go forward with He made my back brand New ! Felt sooo good after many years of pain it's truly transformed my life

Absolutely amazing experience, I went in with so much pain in my upper back and not being able to move my neck around without feeling any pain or discomfort, instantly after the treatment I felt so much relief all the pain seemed to have disappeared, I thought I should wait around a week to write a review to see if it was more long term and iv been feeling like my old self again! 100% recommended! And such a lovely fellow, 100% for the customer service also! Thanks alot Ali :)
