Ayumi is a very dedicated teacher. The lessons are always well planned to suit everyone and any level. She also creates friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I certainly recommend her Yoga classes!

I'd been looking for a yoga class for a few years, so very pleased when I was introduced to Ayumi's class last year. Ayumi is a very encouraging, kind and supportive teacher. Her class always puts a smile on my face and my body is appreciating it too!

I found Ayumi’s class over a year ago after a recommendation and I've been going regularly ever since, its improved my health and fitness. Ayumi is a great teacher, kind and patient, and adapts her classes to suit our various aches and pains... I would highly recommend Ayumi if you're considering coming along. Thanks, Sam :)
