St Helens Waste Recycling & Skip Hire

Just rang for a skip for today as it does say guaranteed same day delivery and they say cant have one till tomorrow why advertise same day delivery FALSE ADVERTISING

I have used this company for years, but sadly i will never recommend or use them ever again. They took my skip back by mistake instead of my neighbours, Then denied doing it, One phone call I got blasted from a lady saying she had a bad head ache and she was going home and would ring me the day after. 3 Days later nothing, I rang again, only to be told the driver who took my skip said it was full. All my neighbours know this is untrue. I got no apology and no offer of the skip back. So now i am left with lots of rubbish in my garden. They first said my skip was only for 7 days, then my neighbour told me that he had rang them to take his skip back, they said they had already taken it, they hadnt it was mine they took. Absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Yet my other neighbour has had his skip for 9 days. if i didnt laugh i would break my heart lol, be careful folks

Absolutely shocking company , massively let my job down. Told us we was 3rd drop around 9.30 it got to 10 so rang them and they told us we wasn't having a skip because he didn't like the lad that was working for us. Very childish and unprofessional. Don't use these jokers

Awful service! They forgot to collect my skip and when they did they refused to take it because it wasn't flat level (never seen a skip flat level in my life) when I phoned the office whilst the driver was collecting it the rude women put the phone down. Shambles of a company and they've just left 8 bin bags on my driveway. Total waste of money If they expect a flat level, I can fit more in my car.

They take back my skip without any call and notice, I have blacklisted this skip hire.

If your looking to hire a skip this is the firm youWant. Value for money. Delivered when they said they would, put the skip exactly where I wanted it and I had a day extra becouse of the rain I think.Will definitely use this firm again. Exelent.

Absolutely 1st class service from Clare at St Helens Waste & Skip Hire.I have had dealings with skip companies for over 15 years and I have to say that St Helens Waste & Skip Hire is one of the best I have dealt with for price and reliability.We have used 4 skips in 4 days. Delivery and collection was spot on time every day.****************************HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ********************************

Do not get a skip off this company they are complete rip off merchants. They try to add extra charges to the price quoted for additional permits. They threatened to throw the rubbish in the garden because they said the skip was overloaded (which it wasnt) even so we flattened the contents further. They then had the audacity to phone the police (armed response who could have been needed for a true emergency) when we hadn't even spoken one word to them. I am apalled at the total incompetence of this company. I will be taking this further for wasting police time as several neighbours were witness to the events. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Started off well, skip delivered quickly BUT after being notified at 8:30am the following day, that it was to be collected, and telling us it would be that day, it was still there the following day, at which time someone had decided to add a few bits onto the top of it. After a further call, during which I explained what had happened, I was told that it would be collected later in the day.It was collected, however the driver just threw all of the additional" items

Great service. Delivered on time without any fuss, same with the replacement of an empty skip to replace the full.Would not hesitate to use again.
