Reception staff were so friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in, very attentive and started my appointment off in a great way.Julia was brilliant, very professional and showed she really cared about the wellness of my skin. Julia listened to what I wanted and made me feel great. She also explained things clearly to me to ensure I understood all the steps we were taking to reach my skin goal.Would 100% recommend

The receptionists were so lovely and welcoming, it has a really nice feel about the place. My consultation appointment was with Julia who was also really lovely and answered all my questions about laser hair removal. There wasn’t any pressure about moving forward with it either, but I did choose to go ahead and book my laser hair removal and I am so excited!! A patch test was done on each area that I want the procedure on and I barely felt a thing, I was imagining zapping noises and a stinging sensation but there wasn’t any of that.

Lovely location and treatment rooms, my therapist explained everything as we went along and made sure I was always ok and comfortable. My treatment was very relaxing. The aftercare was explained after my treatment I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work ladies x

I thought I had good skin before but thanks to Amy and Julia, it’s never been better. Their knowledge and expertise is phenomenal and I continue to be impressed by how they are able to tailor treatments to my skin specifically so that everything works in harmony. The whole team is fantastic.

Rachael is very attentive and very good at explaining things to you. She is very friendly and you can ask her anything about the procedure and she is very knowledgeable. Kast is excellent and would definitely recommend

Thank you for putting me at ease and explaining the reasons for my pigmentation and options I have to try and rectify my issues with my face!
