Very disappointed!Regular customer!I ordered 2 calzones they came out burnt black! I rang the shop & they didn't want to replace the food then they said they would only replace 1 calzone! After explaining it's the shop duty to provide customers with the food we pay for they then sent out 2 more calzones with only haif the cheese & half the fillings! Sad to say but I will not be ordering from cha chas again!

Very very bad customer service .rude guy is there talk to me in very rude manner. Don’t buy from here there are a lot of other takeaway nearby. Otherwise your money and day will be ruined

So I ordered lamb keema and they sent me chicken keema and when I called up the man on the phone was incredibly rude and said it was lamb when it's clearly chicken

It's gotten a lot better! Used to be rank, if I'm honest. That was many years ago. Have been looking for a new pizza place and this ticks the boxes. Would like to see how consistent this remains.

Absolutely shocking staff here, so rude! They have zero customer service, they will argue and hang up the phone on you. Didn't get my food and they refused to resolve the situation, I would be more understanding if they didn't use their own drivers but they do, incompetent and outright shocking.

Ordered delivery on just eat, arrived at the time it said it would. The pizza we got was good but the chips were covered in red salt, that wasn't in the description with no way of removing it and the poppadoms we ordered were so stale they had no crunch and I could bend it in half without it snapping. Also quite small portion sizes

Ordered some food from these guys- What a joke. I was disgusted enough to take a photo of the insult. See the photo below of what these people call a £4.50 chicken tikka sandwich with all the salad and sauces. No shame or self respect. Better of going / ordering from a mile down the road in Longsight... totally disgusted with these people. Never again.

Ordered on just eat, when I paid I noticed a Manchester postcode, realised its in Levenshulme 20 mins away, food turned up hot, chips were soggy but that's expected for a 20 min delivery, curry portions were smaller than other takeaways, rice was fluffy , plain naans were bigger than dinner plates , get 2 plain nasns , still cheaper than 1 garlic naan . Food was nice, will order again
