Avoid these money grabbers.Booked a visits of forearm pain to test the place out before I bought my grandmother here.The whole appointment was based around selling me products.At the end the customer the guy the booked me follow up appointment for £75 that I didn’t need or ask for.I have since tried getting my money back for the unnecessary appointment but HOPE have refused to give me back my money.Avoid these guys.Needless to say I will not be bringing my grandmother here.There are better places in town that are not all about taking as much money from you as possible.Avoid

Warwick is really approachable and caring. He doesn't just give you exercises, he talks through stuff with you and explains what things mean and why they're happening. Really pleased with how my recovery is going.

Excellent and professional service. Kirsty has helped me immensely following a car accident and reduced pain and improved mobility in the affected areas in our sessions. Comfortable and welcoming environment, would happily recommend to anyone in need of a physio. Having previously had treatment from NHS physiotherapy the improvement is so much better in fewer sessions. Thank you.

Never has been brilliant. Extremely experienced, calm, and reassuring. He’s really helped to progress a couple of injuries and I’m confident I’ll be back running at full fitness in no time. I’ve visited both Portsmouth and Lee on the Solent clinics, which are both easy to find and park. Highly recommended,

Excellent service, the clinic is located within the gym upstairs. When you arrive reception will ask you to sign in.Highly recommend Hope Physiotherapy, never is fantastic. There is ample parking in the gym area, easy to find too.
