Just had a Celtic cross put onto my necklace and a new clasp put on my bracelet all done within a week. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back to this shop again

Five years ago Mark designed and made our wonderful wedding rings. From assorted family jewellery and a vague brief he really ‘got’ what we were after. Our rings are unique and always admired.Since then I have returned several times to buy special gifts. Quality and service are both superb. Mark will always be first choice.

Mark Lloyd jewellers have recently repaired my late Mother’s engagement ring for me as I had lost the stone. My thoughtful children took it into their shop for repair as a surprise Christmas present for me. They totally understood how special it was to me. The job was absolutely perfect. My husband then surprised me by getting my eternity ring repaired as I had lost one of the 5 diamonds. I am now proudly wearing both rings again. I was so happy, I cried! Can’t thank everyone enough. Great sentimental value. My family have all said how lovely and friendly everyone was. Their workmanship is excellent and customer service is second to none. A real warm, caring and accommodating firm. I would recommend them to anyone! Very well done and many thanks to you all.

Mark and his lovely wife advised on repairs and alterations to a ring that had great sentimental value for my Mother. The finished work was absolutely amazing- the ring is beautiful but has kept its original features. Can't thank them enough!!

Mark made a custom made wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring. It fits like a glove and is an absolutely perfect finish. You would never know they were purchased from different shops. We were always welcomed into his store and had a personal meeting with him. I would recommend him to every bride I know and anyone wanting bespoke jewellery.

Mark has designed 2 white gold and diamond rings for me in the past and they are exactly what I wanted and made beautifully. He is a master jeweller, with an amazing talent and attention to detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants something bespoke or personal one off pieces. I've also bought jewellery from stock and used him for repairs too. His prices are very reasonable and staff are very good too. Knowledgeable and professional. Paula, Michelle and Sue are lovely.

My husband and I are from the United States. We found a video on YouTube showcasing Mark's craftsmanship and talent. We were happy to find a link to his storefront as we were in the market for a wedding ring for my husband. We liked that his designs are unique and not like everything else. We fell in love with the Vulcan 2 ring with the hammered silver center and rose gold detail. We gave Mark very little notice that we intended to have the ring in time our anniversary and Christmas. He was so kind and committed to getting us what we wanted by our deadline. He even arranged five day postage from the UK to the US. We are so happy with our purchase, the craftsmanship and Mark. I have and would recommend his business to anyone looking for a quality product and exceptional experience.
