Wren Kitchens

We love our new kitchen. The delivery was on time. We had a few dents but they got replaced quickly. My husband installed it all but it comes with very hot instructions. I feel the price was brilliant and just so happy with the colours we have chosen. Our salesman was very patient with and helped us a lot along the way. Thank you wrens

I bought a kitchen island from Wren. Sarju Cook in the MK store was very helpful and suggested options for the layouts. The colour matched perfectly with our existing kitchen. The delivery team was amazing too. The fitters recommended by Wren were professional. Definitely recommend Wren.

Decided to go with Wren after researching many companies and we are absolutely delighted we chose them. From the design, to the many meetings with our consultant and then the overall quality of the product, we couldn't be more pleased. Post the installation, the customer service was extremely good and nothing was too much trouble

Always heard good things about Wren's quality, so chose them for my new kitchen. Lovely big showroom. Nicely laid out and a great selection. I designed my kitchen with Basrak, who was brilliant - not just in the initial design meeting but also in follow-up emails and the final appointment. She had some great suggestions and was very accepting of my budget limitations. The multiple follow-up emails from three or four different people within Wren were a little bit overwhelming, but I guess it kept the need for communicating with them top of my mind. Installation happens in a couple of weeks. Hopefully the finished product will be as lovely as I envisage - something which is much easier to imagine thanks to the wonderful 3D mockups of the new kitchen that Wren also provide.

The measuring up appointment went fine but Roy at the Wren 3D design consultation was not on time, was not a great rapport builder, was at times opinionated and came over rather old school" in his dealings with me. Felt like he was going to pay for the kitchen rather than me! On the second appointment there was a bit of a tussle/disagreement but finally got the mini breakfast bar with storage below that I wanted and changed my mind about the wall units there. As my kitchen units were delivered pre-assembled together with the worktop parts they did take up rather a lot of space in my garage and overspilling into my living room. The fitters Red Services who also did the supplementary work were efficient and any damaged units were replaced. My kitchen wall units were originally wrongly aligned and different from the plan but that was resolved. However the spare parts deliveries were a bit hit and miss with the courier leaving boxes on my drive when I was out. Also had to prompt Red Services to supply all the relevant safety certification which didn't arrive till a good 3 months after completion of work. Couple of other niggles were the holes left from fitting new pipes/moving radiators which I had to get them to return and fill in properly and the fact that they omitted to apply a bead of waterproof silicone around the entire edge of the worktop where it meets the tiles though had that done by the bathroom renovator from the same company later on. Overall it was worth all the hassle and stress as extremely happy with my new fitted kitchen

Highly recommend Chris Thornton. Chris was very patient and gave us lots of ideas. He didn’t put any pressure on us to secure a deposit. We had a very pleasant experience.The only negative was two units were damaged and the inserts were not long enough so we have a join in the island. We have contacted Wren however have not yet had a response but we are hopeful they will rectify this.

I purchased my dream Wren kitchen from the Luton Branch which is not on the drop down menu, but i had just had to leave a review as Wren kitchens have been outstanding, from ordering it and at a superb price, the customer service is outstanding with any slight query resolved promptly and very efficiently. The quality of the kitchen is also shockingly superb for the price that i paid, I would recommend wren kitchens to anyone, and my brother has now changed who he was originally getting his kitchen from, and has now ordered from Wren after seeing my kitchen and the customer service i received. A+++++++++++++++ for Wren kitchens from myself & my wife.Unfortunately the above review proved to be a bit premature, as since then the customer service has been shocking and the service awful, not replying and having to constantly chase then for a reply, The shaker range kitchen we purchased has long term quality issues / fault & de-laminates, end panels fail as have the hinges, i currently have a section 75 claim in with them and failing a resolution between Wren & Barclays finance I will be perusing a resolution with court action as the kitchen is not fit for purpose. It started failing after only 1 year.:-(

My wife and I went to Wren purely on an exploratory visit. We were introduced to Zarah Hemed who went out of her way to assist us with the design of our kitchen. She was patient and reponsive when we changed our mind on a few things.

Our new Infinity Linea Kitchen has just finished installation and we are very happy. The outcome is as we designed it together with Zahra Hemed, who has been super helpful from the start and was very patient with us. The delivery was on time. The Wren approved installer RED Services was just brilliant, they had an excellent team of tradesman and they completed the job well and timely. Two units needed replacement but this was sorted within 7 days. Rubbish was collected as scheduled. We haven't been disappointed by Wren and had a very good experience with Wren.

Everone dishes Wren kitchens! We had our beautiful kitchen installed some 6yrs ago. Gave us lifetime guarantee too. We have a problem now with 2xdoors blistering, they said they would offer us some compensation but thats not ideal as dont want to be looking at that for the rest of my life.Anyway they are now saying to choose new doors from them and they will install .So now I continue to sing their praisesGale
