Very good local post office plenty of cards envelopes etc for sale.As usual quite a wait in the queue till served but if that keeps the local post office open I will be happy to put up with it.Cash Machine outside as well as at he counter in the Post Office.Use or loose

I always have such a great experience when I pop into this local post office. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm always sorted within 5 mins or less once I've been seen, very prompt service by the staff here. Sometimes it can get busy at certain times of the day, but to me, it's never been a bother to wait since I know they're doing the best for each and every one of us as customers. There are only 2 tills here at this one, just so you know! Also, this is one of the ones that is an Amazon Hub" - you can order your items on Amazon

Great PO. Knocks spots off the City Centre branch. Yes, sometimes you did have to wait but there's a new assistant now (and she's a nice lady) so things have improved massively. Always very helpful IMO.

Great place for collecting parcels depositing money or withdrawing money. Various celebration cards to buy plus little essentials for the home and sweets and crisps with good prices and offers. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Never go here. The man is so slow. Didnt listen to us one word and kept talking and we just left. Dont recommend, just go to newland avenue post office. i'm sure it would be better than this.

Used to be a great place to go to before the robbery of the cash machine.There used to be 3 staff on at all times and those ladies were friendly and professional and quick.Ever since it’s been reopen, the service is incredibly slow at all times of the day, new staff but only ever 1 gentleman serving. As said before he doesn’t listen and can be quite rude and offhand sometimes, this is when he doesn’t have members of his family behind the counter with him having private conversations whilst serving you.Stop talking to your family and listen to what customers say to you. The whole service is a complete joke, I prefer to use the Newland Avenue branch now although it’s further away for me. The staff there are great.

Absolutely appalling service they are very slow instead of concentrating on what he was doing he kept interfering on what the lady was doing which made them even slower. A delivery guy came in from dpd they were very rude to him and when it came to my turn the man was so rude no customer service skills serious attitude problem I will never use here again not even worth the one star
