They were prompt, and very friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond.The optician Sian was very professional and very friendly, made the experience very enjoyable.Graham went above and beyond to assist me and even helped me with my current glasses, one tightened and one putting the arm back on for me. He explained all the discounts and how I could use them in the best way. I could not recommend him enough.

such friendly and welcoming staff :) they went above and beyond for my son and daughter when we went in for an eye test. really kind and made us feel welcome and were so good at keeping my two year old entertained with colouring and books! they took the time to sit with my daughter and help her to colour, which was just so lovely! :) thank you so so so much! xx

My appointment was on time and I was welcomed as soon as I entered the shop. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I was offered different options of glasses and contacts. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. A great experience.

Seem to only care if you have all the free time in the world. Happy to not give appointment you need or want over run cancel your appointment make yoh lose day pay and expect you to come the dlnext day instead.I actual now have a fear of attending appointments here.
