From the moment they picked up mum to take her into their care, to giving our dad her memory box, the service ,care and professionalism that Forever Together Funeral Care in Paulsgrove showed to us as a family has been beyond excellent.Everyone we spoke to from planning mums funeral, the endless cups of tea, the chatting, the understanding and above all, the feeling that nothing was never too much trouble and they always had time when Dad popped into the parlour for some support, was in Dad's words absolutely excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about Forever Together, from the moment we stepped into the Paulsgrove branch we were made to feel so at ease. We didn’t know where to start when it came to arranging my mum’s funeral but we needn’t have worried. Tillie was amazing & explained everything with ease. Communication is second to none & nothing was ever too much trouble. Tillie went above and beyond to help sort things out, I can’t thank her enough.Knowing my mum was in their care made things easier to cope with & on the day of the funeral everything went smoothly & professionally, the care from Forever Together even goes on after the funeral has taken place with a beautiful memory box of keepsakes that they give you.Thank you to everyone at Forever Together.

I'm so thankful for everyone at Forever Together. They spent time getting to know the person my mum was so she had the best send off. They showed that they cared and saw how important it was for a good good bye. They also helped with all the questions that I had as never had to do anything like this so they really helped me to do everything that was needed. Also, cost wise they were way cheaper than every other funeral directors and offered so much more.

I can’t thank Forever Together enough for everything they did for my Grandads funeral. Denise, Mike, Nicky, Abi, Tillie and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much for them to do, from the moment we walked into the Paulsgrove branch they made us feel so welcome and at ease. When my mum sadly passed away, we got in touch with Forever Together and we are so grateful for all they have done. They were there right on time to move her to the chapel. From speaking to Denise and Tillie to arrange everything, their patience with our daily chapel visits and being on the other end of the phone when we had queries. When we needed any changes made, this was done quickly with no fuss. The day of the funeral, everything went really well with Abbie conducting and Mike driving us there, all very professional but also personal and supportive. Thank you for everything.

I honestly couldn’t recommend forever together enough. Hayley from the commercial road branch has recently dealt with my mums funeral and she couldn’t have helped me or been any more sensitive and understanding if she tried. I’m not sure I could of got through such a difficult task if it wasn’t for her support. If you are looking for somewhere to use for a loved one you should 100000% use forever together. Hayley took care of my dear mum and all of us with extreme care and professionalism. She handled everything perfectly, and looked after me every step of the way, always making sure I was happy with everything and putting me first throughout. Mum was looked after with the best care and they made her comfy and happy. They gave mum the most beautiful send off and I couldn't be happier, everything went perfectly. A big heartfelt thank you to Denise and her team at Allaway Ave for all the care they gave to me and my late husband. From the moment I stepped through their doors I felt totally at ease, nothing was too much trouble, their dedication, dignity and professionalism is second to none. With their help and guidance I was able to give my husband a wonderful service.
