this is the second time I visited the Nightingale hospital. The whole running of the hospital seems very efficient. My only criticism is the difficulty of actually getting to this location myself and my wife are both visually impaired. It would be really useful if there were a way of highlighting the location of this hospital, appreciating that it is possibly only temporary. There was a lack of signage directing you to the building, especially from the nearby park and ride we walked from Miller and Carter what would have been really useful if where the tactile edgings were at the road crossings could have perhaps been painted, partly yellow or lamppost marked with a band to highlight the route, however, all said the hospital plays a vital role in the NHS only my personal view what also could have been done to highlight the route where some orange or yellow bands put on the lamp posts along that route another very inexpensive and simple way of helping people to find the way, but importantly, they would need to let users know what these highlighted bands meant even a simple flag on the building may well help to highlight its location that I guess is impaired people we are minority

My visit to the Nightingale hospital was excellent. The welcome by the volunteers at the gate was really important, making me feel like I was in good hands with people who cared and wanted to help. The nurses were all good humoured and efficient. I was seen promptly by the doctor who was kind and took time to explain things. The NHS at its finest! Thank you.

Went in yesterday for a left hip replacement and came home that evening. Brilliant service all round from the security guard on the gate, to the nurses and consultants. Everyone was lovely, informative and kind. The place is spotlessly clean and well equipped.I have had a good night and not much pain.I can’t thank them all enough, and thank you NHS for providing this brilliant place.

There is no words to use to describe these fantastic people from the consultants doctors anethetists and nurses to the cleaners and security . My husband had a hip replacement on the 14th september 2023 the level of care was amazing from the consultants Mr Joel Lim and mr Wilson was wonderful as mr Hubble was also . the nurses were fantastic especially the indian lady nurse who was very special. they done a opperation that my husband has needed from years ago and came home the same day .i was shocked at how well he came home no pain and mobile . God bless them all and hope we have more wonderful places like this built to deal with all things .our nhs is precious and these people need to be paid and valued without a price as there priceless .regards michelle danny and kim

Although everything is very nice and clean the biggest issue is that they have put the Rheumatology Dept near the far end of the building, it is impossible for people with mobility issues to use the bus (the Blue Badge spaces are not near the bus stop) it was suggested to me that I park on Dunelm car park but there are steps or a long walk round and even the visitor spaces on the Osprey Car Park is too far. It really was not thought out very well.
