The people working here are really friendly, great manners and kind. They had my phone fixed within half an hour. My phone is still in good condition. I highly recommend this shop, they have reasonable prices and really good service.

My mobile had a smashed front pane and although I didn't know anywhere in Brecon to take it for repair, I looked at the reviews and this shop seemed to be very popular. However, I've also found that reviews can be way off the mark! so always a bit apprehensive even if the reviews are good.I found this little shop which is easily missed as it doesn't really stand out and the inside looks like one of those old fashioned workshops - its not trendy or modern - and I wasn't quite sure whether it would even have the parts. I travel a lot and even in the States you sometimes can't get parts in a repair shop for these mobiles. Anyway, I was wrong in all my preconceptions. The guy is skilful - very skilful and really knows his stuff. The shop is a bit messy because it has all the parts needed and if you're not sure he knows exactly what will work and what is a waste of time.He not only replaced the front of the phone in 40 minutes but also replaced the camera which has been on the blink for ages - but replacing it was such a big deal at my usual mobile repair shop - either waiting for parts plus pretty expensive that I opted not to get it done. However, even when I mentioned the broken camera in passing - - the guy immediately knew the type and had it in store (unbelievable) - all fitted and working great in less than an hour. I came away almost with a brand new mobile and all for a very reasonable price - definitely no rip offs here as I had a very good idea of what had been quoted to me before for the camera repair.. Then when I came to pay, I accidentally gave him far too much money - but he just handed it back to me - obviously used to tourists who get confused with English money.I don't like giving reviews as I always feel a bit responsible if the person reading it doesn't have as good an experience of a particular store / product as I did - but I can't see that happening in this case at all.

Felt like I'd lost a limb when I completely smashed my phone screen on the weekend. Popped in to the shop today, was greeted by the friendliest man who was incredibly helpful. He replaced the screen in no time at all, also provided a glass screen protector and I purchased a fantastic cover all at a very reasonable price. Great service, great value and will definitely return for any future phone needs.
