AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a van from them advertised with 80k miles on the clock. Paid over the phone and arranged for it to be delivered. Upon arrival the van showed 89k miles plus had a cracked windscreen, had no 2nd key or spare wheel as advertised. In addition to this it had lots of bodywork damage which I hadn't been made aware of before paying. The brakes needed completely overhauling which cost me nearly £1000, then to top it of after speaking to Mercedes UK the van had been clocked" between the last owner and me purchasing it. When all these problems where brought to A1 cars attention they simply denied everything and i ended up taking them to court to get a partial refund - i won the case. Overall a very dodgy

TOTAL SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY. Do a search before you buy from them and you'll see 18 VERY bad reviews warning you it's not worth it. Was promised a refund 3 months ago. No refund given, ignores messages and does every dodgy trick possible to avoid doing what promised. No customer service at all just one guy trying to sell cars from the back of a car wash. Not worth the risk just avoid them and buy from another dealer.

Top bloke who was very helpful and down to earth. More than happy with the car and would definitely recommend for anyone looking at buying a car.

Beware This seller. Says work has been done, no receipts. Just got a full inspection from our mechanic something they never do before selling and fault list as long as my arm. Dangerous we could have been killed in the pick up truck. Lies and refuses return. Ignored and blocked us. See you in court!Pretends to get work done but doesn't, i phoned the number on a reciept for work done and it was just some guy who couldn't speak english or answer any questions.Update, we made a claim though our bank, sent all the proof, AA reports, text messages sent from Raj to us, the only thing we would struggle with is we had to prove we had tried to return it to him which he had refused, the AA were brilliant and towed it back to him we followed in the car, the aa truck went in the yard and started unloading the truck (which we paid £6000 for and kept breaking down constantly from the minute we took it) Raj came out shouting what are you doing, no you cant leave that here that's not my truck anymore, the AA man just ignored him and carried on, i threw the key at him and we quickly walked off and drove home, the bank awarded us a full refund, and we got our money back in our account.

I've just brought my first car and service was really good the gentleman who sold me the car was ever so friendly I would recommend his service to anyone.

Not a honest !! Sold me car and car got oil leack problem told me they will have a look and after that avoided and all on paper only nothing changed in car !
