Used Chris Richards Maintenance for the first time few weeks ago for a small job of replacing a bathroom sink. I can honestly say he did a fantastic job and certain he's the guy I will call in future for any jobs I need doing in the home. It's hard to find a good honest reliable guy nowadays and Chris is just that. 5*

Chris fitted some floor tiles in our bathroom and replaced the seal around our bath. He was punctual and polite and we are planning to book him to do some other jobs in the house such as decorating and flooring.

Chris came to sort out my WiFi and BT cables that were all over the place. Thanks to Chris my WiFi works and have only one cable that connects it all. Will be using him again for some more jobs we need doing .

Chris fitted LVT flooring in our two bathrooms, and repaired some engineered wood flooring in our cloakroom. He was really professional, friendly and flexible on fitting in the work in around our bathroom installer. The floors looks great, we'd highly recommend him!
