It’s just as well the piece of jewellery I purchased ‘sold itself’. Customer service /friendliness was not top of the list. Maybe I caught the Shop Assistant on a bad day

Visited the shop today for a browse. I was spoilt for choice as there were lots of lovely things to buy. I was able to enjoy looking without feeling under any pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were not in anyway pushy. It is rare to find a shop which is so welcoming to its customers. Thank you it was such a treat

Beautiful jewellery, excellent service and a genuine desire to ‘find the right piece’. Carol Anne is worthy of a visit no matter how small or large the budget and if you can’t find what you are looking for - they can help with the designing and sourcing of the most beautiful stones to make a bespoke piece. The staff at Carol Anne offer the guidance and experience that an internet purchase cannot provide and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. I love the wide range of jewellery available from the traditional through to more individual pieces. It is rare to find such helpful staff who listen to what you are looking for and find such lovely jewellery. I am always welcomed with a smile. A ‘must’ when you are visiting Barnstaple.

An order I had made the day before had unfortunately discontinued, but the next day received a phone call with this information, giving me the option of a refund or they could send me some more options! Had a wonderful experience creating our silver wedding bands with Carol in her studio in Cornwall. Attention to detail and explaining and teaching the process was a highlight - we are very happy with our unique sand cast rings. A very special experience the week before our wedding, can highly recommend.
