Great products. All let down by a embarrassing customer service. No humans just Facebook messenger which take hours for a 2mins question.

I recently purchased an LED PWY24W indicator bulb from Autobeam and was thoroughly impressed by their excellent customer service. Their team was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire purchasing process. I also appreciated their exceptional installation service (bulb and resistor fitting), which was done to a high standard. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer support.

High quality products and ALWAYS excellent service, I refuse to shop anywhere else for my bulbs.

The products themselves are fantastic, but the customer support is not good.No formal procedure, all email or Facebook messenger.I’ve had an issue with one of my items for almost a week, and I’m nowhere near close to getting this resolved.Facebook Messenger - Constant automated replies, and when I do get a reply it’s one every 3-4 days.Email - Taken 3 days for a reply.I just feel the customer returns/refunds/complaints procedure could be upgraded.However as said, the products themselves (when working or with correct parts) are superb.

Amazing products and good quality but the customer service isn’t the same as the products. 4-5 days wait for a reply to a message regarding a warranty claim as one of the bulbs stopped working. Followed by another 3-4days by the time they replayed to the evidence. Again another problem with the bulbs and I’ve been left on open message and nobody has dealt with my issues for longer then 4days.

DELIVERY. bought some bulbs. Paid for 48 hour delivery. (Not yet received) just been emailed to inform me its going to be 4 days! I wouldn't normally mind but I need them as I have a light out. Very frustrating

We’ll let’s start with the quality which is decent but overpriced for branded Chinese lights, also when they have a sale on they will increase the price on the items so you’ll be paying the same price if there was no sale for example, I brought D3s leds from here when I brought them they were £100 when ever they have an sale for example 25% they will increase the price to £125 so your paying the same money, that’s not what a sale is called… I don’t think there’s any point of doing a sale your just wasting time and money in advertising, if you don’t believe me check the price when there’s no sale and check them when there is, thank me laterEdit to your response: I keep an eye on the prices before and after every single sale of yours, so your telling me my eyes are deceiving me or I’m blind? I even tried leaving a review on the D3s bulbs on your website but funnily enough it never made it on the review page as you guys most likely check the reviews before they are viewable by other customers and funnily enough all the reviews on your website are 5* nothing lower… I wonder why,Another edit: when there was a 30% sale the D3s bulbs were £130 now when they’ve got a 80% sale the D3s have gone up in price surprisingly they are now a whopping £150 for rebranded Chinese leds!! I brought these for £100 lol 23/11/23

Great products, their ambient range is amazing for that extra personalisation of your car, the apps for the lights are free and super easy to use very user friendly. Finally the customer service is spot on and have gave me amazing help with any issues that arise.They even managed to help me out with discounted replacements for parts that have just gone out of warranty. Absolutely amazing company and team.
