We purchased a second-hand Frog bike for our son but (not knowing much about bikes) wanted to make sure it was safe and roadworthy before we gave it to him.Glenn stripped the bike down and gave it a full service, resolving an issue with one of the gears, greasing and tightening the cables and setting the brakes correctly. We now have peace of mind that everything is in working order and the bike is safe for our son to use.Lovely guy. Would 100% recommend.

Edit: Just had Glenn round again for a service on mine and my son's bikes. I struggle to remember getting better service and advice in anything in my life. He had time to advise on our road bike setups and in a few minutes of trying it out we were feeling the benefits.Friendly, expert, and great value bike servicing and repair. Arrived on time, got my bike back to a rideable state, actually better than I can remember it ever being, and all all within an hour.Brilliant service that I will use again.

I can't recommend Max bike shack enough is service is outstanding, I'll will always use Mac's Bike Shack for any problems I have again on my bike. He said a time and he called me before to let me know when he was coming, and the service was excellent.

Glenn checked over and serviced my bike after 12 months worth of riding. Extremely knowledgeable at what he does and also helped tweak my set up on the bike too to be more efficient. Will definitely keep using for any other issues I ever have. Highly recommend.
