Very wet day stuffy and the coffee tasted off a bit of a let down but we went to another Starbucks and got a better coffee

Queues for a cup of tea drive me nuts. Special coffees is fine but speed up the teas. Great spot upstairs but could have done with a good scrub as the tables were manky as were the seats despite no cups or plates lying on them. It was almost as if the crockery was removed but no-one cleaned the tables and seats. Still can’t beat their tea. Fab. Decent views over Cornmarket to watch the world go by.

Was in this branch with my 2 sisters who because we were having sandwiches had tea unfortunately the tea left a lot to be desired. It was undrinkable they never complained about it but said they wouldn't be back , I know your primarily a coffee house but if your offering tea you really need to serve a decent tea.

What an atmosphere, it's in the middle of the Belfast city centre. My girlfriend and I sat outside and enjoyed drinking hot drinks, it was Saturday and everyone was having fun at night. The staff were great, especially the Asian boy, he was very friendly and likable. The place is close to all shops. There is already a place, the interior is beautiful, with sweet lighting. I advise everyone to go there, it's really fun.

as expected all your favorites are available , from latte to iced teas. snacks including pastries , cakes, and even vegan wraps . polite service and a very comfy seating area will have u visiting often. wifi is available

Tables covered in the rubbish and food from previous customers, what appears to be clumps of hair that I'm assuming someone has pulled from their hairbrush, sticky stained floors both downstairs and upstairs, chairs covered in what I hope is caramel sauce, Four people behind the counter even when there was clearly no customers waiting to be served just standing talking... While the rest of the shop is dirty, upstairs there was a large spill of water on the tile flooring. I told a member of staff at the counter when I was leaving and they just stared blankly at me...And to have a wrap and to eat it in the shop its 40 pence extra same goes for other food stuffs an added varying amount of money will be added on to the cost of the product if you choose to eat in rather than choosing take out.

Had a well earned cup of tea after the Xmas Market. Big queues but the staff kept going with happy faces.. lovely stock on display. Nice and clean
