I called 17 times no answer still waiting for my food how can a business be this unresponsive. Ordered at 3:00 it's now 4:44 and I've heard nothing. 5:20 and I've now cancelled my order after 26 unanswered calls and 3 uber eats support workers unable to get through as well what a shambolic place.

I've been meaning to come here for a while. And now that I had...I am pleased to report that it was a terrific chicken place!Their chicken was very tasty, and one of the staff who served me was very kind.My one and only critique however is that they shouldn't have the lunch menu presented outside when it's no longer lunch time. It confused those who are a little tipsy and are popping in for some chicken.Besides that though, I enjoyed going here. The chicken brought back nostalgic feelings when I was young!

Absolutely shocking service I ordered at 19:36 and got my food at 21:15, I had to chase up my order twice. When I got my food I got the wrong drink. And the food was cold. The only good thing I had from this was a note saying you guys are coming off of deliveroo and uber eats. Thank god will never order from here ever again.

Ordered food to arrive at 3:25am, currently 4:45am still no food, rangup over 20 times but no answer, i understand that you are busy and struggled with the bad weather. And usually i wouldn’t accept any offer on my next order, but in this case my food was 2 hours late meaning my friend who is working early morning shift was unable to eat before he left for work, then when i finally got the food 2 pizzas were missing. I would highly appreciate a 50% refund as 50% of the food was missing. Order number #6225D, address BH8 8ES purbeck house oxford road. Although all the negative i must say the food i received was very tasteful. Please email me discussing who you would like to refund me, paypal bank transfer etc

No review on the food as it took over 75minutes so we had to cancel.In response to the comment from the restaurant -We ordered at 17.00Estimated delivery 17.45NothingChanged to 18.06 after I contacted company we ordered through at 18.01They told me the restaurant said the driver was on the way and would be within 10 minutes (we live 4 minutes away)18.06 comes and goes.I manage to get through on the phone to the restaurant at 18.17 to cancel. The person on the phone said the driver was 30 seconds away but I'd had enough by then.I've heard good things about the food but clearly as a business they need to review some things and maybe not take so many orders if you can't handle it.

Ordered late night. Kebab wrap was good value compared to most local takeaways and was delivered hot, meat was tender and it was well packed tortilla was a decent not the thin cheap ones, would have preferred more salad but that's personal preference so I know to ask next time. Delivery driver was very polite and tip worthy.

Just awful. So gutted that I chose this place for my birthday takeaway. It was late (no apology from the delivery driver), stone cold and wrong. Ordered a rib meal and no ribs were sent, chicken pieces instead. Cannot understand why this mistake was made when it's described as a rib meal! Burger was dripping in mayo and no salad when it should come with lettuce, tomato and onion. Inedible. Not worth ringing as it was so late the children were starving. Everything being so cold was just the worst part but despite the temperature, it was horrific value for money. £2 for the tiniest pot of coleslaw is a joke. Would never recommend and will never return.

I ordered at about 4 in the morning and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive.Uber said it would take 45 minutes but they themselves said an hour.I called the shop at 5 and bossman said it would take an extra 10 minutes which wasn't far off.Food very nice, everything in order.Would be 5 stars if delivery was quicker.
