Excellent service, as always. This was the fourth time we've used them over 15 years - for carpets and Karndean flooring. The customer service is second-to-none, and the quality of workmanship is great. Was particularly impressed with the attitude of the fitters who were really polite and checked with us a couple of times that we were happy with the placement of the tiles before gluing them down. They tidied up well after themselves too, which is always a bonus. Can totally recommend.

I have used Lees Carpets for 2 different properties, most recently for the bedrooms of my house after a stressful renovation project, and I can't fault their attention to detail, quality and service. As always I received excellent advice from Andrew which enabled me to choose the most suitable quality of carpet and underlay. The fitters Mike and Luke were brilliant - worked quickly, took care to prepare the floorboards and minimise scuffing to new decorations, and laid the carpet perfectly with very little wastage. The price was comparable with a local competitor, but with much better quality underlay and better customer service. You may have to wait for availability, as they keep the business small to ensure quality control, but I would definitely recommend this company above all others.

A local carpet shop. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The service was outstanding and we are very pleased with our new stair carpet and karndeen fitted throughout the hall. The fitters had attention to detail and were clean , reliable and skilled. Would definately recommend.

Agree with all negative reviews. Rude. Unwelcoming. Unhelpful. We have a fine Axminster carpet throughout home but the colour is no longer to our liking and so we wanted the same carpet in a different colour to match decor. I’ll take my significant business elsewhere. Doesn’t seem to like people very much. Go to Cameron Lee or the place on north view. Sell the same stuff with a smile!

Thank you to Andrew and his team for coming to my rescue. A year ago I had invested in some lovely wool carpet for my bedrooms but the fitter I employed then had not done a good job and now I could see the shape of the floorboards showing through. Andrew and his team were able to sort out the problem and the outcome is that I have the luxury finish I had been hoping for in the first place. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The fitters were very skilled and everything was done in a neat, tidy way and to a very high standard.

Andrew at Lee’s carpet was very helpful when we approached him with a particular brand of carpet in mind. We felt assured by his knowledge and suggestions when choosing the carpet and was able to offer competitive pricing. Luke and Reece did a fantastic job of fitting the carpet to a top quality finish. Lees carpets have just completed fitting 3 rooms and would not use any other company. I have used them for 3 house moves over the last 20 years because of Andrew's encyclopaedic knowledgeof his products.His fitters are a credit to the company and take extreme care . I was a little nervous as the house had just been decorated but they did a great job.Lee's may not always be the cheapest but they are certainly the best.

We just had carpets fitted in 2 bedrooms and our landing and stairs. Andrew helped and advised while we were picking what we wanted. The carpet fitters were so lovely, they were very friendly and left the place spotless. Would absolutely recommend and when we need flooring again we will definitely be using them again.
