Kay's K9 Grooming

Brilliant groomer. Our eldest dog is a 13 year old, blind Westie and Kay really understands not only the challenges of the Westie coat, but also has the compassion to handle our very elderly lady with dignity. Luna is always happy to be groomed. Our other dog, Willow, is a very shy Shorkie but he is also happy to be groomed by Kay. Highly recommended

Kay makes our dogs look so lovely she has such a great relationship with our dogs and makes them feel so at ease would never go anywhere else!! I would recommend her 100%

I would highly recommend Kathy with her wealth of knowledge organisational skills and punctuality! We are busy people yet we’re always fitted in when convenient, I have two crazy cockers one of 9 and one of 2 and they are both comfortable with Kathy being groomed and always look and smell gorgeous once done!! She helped familiarise the younger one to being groomed too which is great!! It’s hard to find a groomer whom grooms in line with the breed Kathy does this but will always listen to what you ask for if you have a preference or would like something different, my two dogs love her to bits which is great as reassurance when you are leaving your beloved dog with someone else. Kathy really takes care and time when grooming and clearly does it for her love of dogs!!!

Kay is an excellent groomer with a lovely grooming parlour, at a very competitive price. Really knows her dogs and their needs, and does an excellent groom on both mine which are 2 entirely different breeds. Would highly recommend.

I have two very nervous chihuahuas, Kath respects my wishes as an owner. She has been nothing but welcoming to me and my girls. She cares and is particularly helpful with my girl that has alopecia. I’ve recommended her to others.

Such a patient and caring understanding lady. My elderly dementia dog visits her regularly to keep his teeth as clean as possible as he can't have anaesthetic (or bones) and she's really done wonders over a few sessions - reckon he's got a few more years left in him yet thanks to her handywork! Great service by such lovely, friendly people. Always does a good job grooming my long-haired cat. She comes back looking gorgeous and smelling lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We haven't yet had the pleasure of using Kay's grooming services, having visited to pick up our new puppy, but wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future and the Kennels that are situated here too. Kay is friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about dogs. It's clear to us that she would take good care of our pooch :-)
