Abrupt, harsh Manager/owner who made me feel very uncomfortable. She even told me to be quiet so she could finish talking. Was shocked as I would never speak to a client in this way! I’ve been in the beauty industry 26 years here and abroad, and yet she made me feel like I knew nothing. There is a way of talking to customers, and she needs to understand that her attitude is horrible! I hope she reads this.
