I have been working with Angela for around 5 years now as she introduced me to the healing practice of Reiki and my life has been transformed since. I cannot but into words the gifts this practice has provided me. Thanks to Reiki I have found strength I didnt know I possessed, gained clarity, started to heal realed traumas I thought would haunt me for a lifetime. Reiki is a light that guides me back to my essence amd Angela has made me feel so safe, supported, loved and accepted tgroughout the process. I cherish our time together. Had a fantastic yoga session here. Angela really takes care of you and makes sure that you are in the correct positions and adjusts your body so you don't injur yourself. It was a great introduction into yoga and really enjoyed learning about my shakras. Highly recommend.

I had my first medisculpt facial today and all I can say is wow, I love the instant results my cheeks look so sculpt and my skin feels & looks tighter. I went to AN Wellness today as I have been suffering with tight hamstrings and glutes. Making the appointment was really easy and Angela managed to fit me in when it suited me. When I arrived I was welcomed in an extremely friendly manner which put me at ease and made me feel very welcome. I Walked into the studio/salon and it was immaculate and it's decorated beautifully, there was nice relaxing music being played and Angela explained what she was going to do to help me. Had a lovely chat about our children ect, there was no awkwardness just really friendly. I feel absolutely brilliant now so thank you and I will definitely be returning. Would 100% recommend!!
