Eaves were utterly professional throughout from the time they took Mum into their care to the funeral service itself. Excellent service.

From first contact to the actual funeral day and after, we felt supported and guided through everything. Laura was just amazing, really supportive and helpful throughout. She is exceptional. Everything was explained thoroughly. We were so happy with the service we received at such a difficult time.

The whole process was made easier because Mike J and the team were so kind, caring and. compassionate. The expertise and professionalism were outstanding. Advice was offered where needed and suggestions made where we felt unsure. We were gently guided through and dignity was at the heart of the whole process. . Eaves organised absolutely everything on our behalf which was such a relief; flowers, venue for after the service, order of service sheets, memorial cards and all was done with immense kindness. The service was well conducted and with great care. We appreciated the attention to detail , the consideration shown to the family and the tender way they dealt with our late dad.Communication was prompt and clear and there was always a personal touch so we felt very involved. We ALL mattered and it showed.
