J P Mc Ginnis is the worst building firm you will ever come across. They will not fix any problems with your property and the communication from his secretary is appalling! They don't even deserve one star but unfortunately I had to select something! 40 plus problems with a new property is beyond pathetic and never once has he showed his face! Be warned do not buy any of his properties as it will be the worst time in your life!!!Stay well clear!!!!!
