Thank you to Jo at the ebbw vale branch for sorting a cruise out for us. She had her work cut out for all 7 of us, but she soon had everything we wanted sorting out. We’re so excited we can’t wait to go. Will definitely be going back for our next holiday

Thank you TUI Ebbw Vale for a fantastic experience booking a city break to Rome for a special occasion. Maria and Dee were both so helpful and attentive, and found the perfect trip away. The store had such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and it made booking it a pleasure. Would definitely recommend!

Having just returned from a fantastic holiday to Menorca I cannot thank Maria from the Ebbw Vale shop enough for finding us the most perfect destination! It was our first family holiday abroad and Maria was so attentive and took into consideration everything we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble and her expertise was second to none. We will most definitely be booking with Maria again.

I called in on Friday and Jamie-lee was pleasant and spent alot of time trying to get a November holiday cheaper than it was coming out. And also found a great price on my January holiday holiday. Then when I checked with my partner got the bank card. He did not so she said see you Monday. When I called in on Monday morning she remembered my name and all details. So booking was so easy.
