Not much I can say other than it being a useful tesco express. Staff were very helpful and I managed to get what I needed, which is a measure of how good a convenience store is?The staff did manage to talk me out of buying a carrier bag, which was kind. As I really didn't need a bag! That little extra is what helps. I guess?!It's on my way home from North of Bristol so usually visit to grab dinner on the way home!

This shop is a nightmare. The corridors are tiny and there's no room to move. The security staff are terrible. They stare at you when you come in and follow you around the shop making you feel very uncomfortable. I'm a respectable middle aged lady and I object to being followed around just because I take a while to do my shopping. The general atmosphere in the shop is terrible. I avoid this shop now.

Convenient but too small and far too busy. The staff are generally rude and the security guards like to pick people to follow around.And, I appreciate they have work to do but having a massive cage full of stock and three staff members down one aisle is very frustrating.

best local Tesco.small and very friendly. but sometimes they are too busy stocking up shelves.the little post office inside is a treasure. they take time to help everyone and the local shoppers are really happy.even the security people do their work, they help and are very perceptive.

Good staff and we do get the odd deal or two. Husband and I shop here as it is closest to where we live - however I've marked it down as we have noticed fellow shoppers either -- not be aware of their surroundings and wait in the self-service queue to seemingly use the self-service checkout, only to then go to a cashier despite there being a self-service checkout free for them to use, or- try to cut in line of someone in front of them by standing slightly off to the side and then beat them to a cashier since the layout of the queue has been changed recently, or- stand right behind someone already being served. This happened to me once, I had two older men who I did NOT know, standing right behind me and I had to say excuse me" so that I could use the chip and PIN reader - they were standing THAT close to me that they were blocking the card machine! DISGRACEFUL AND RUDE!Other than that

As far as Tesco’s Express go, this is one of the sadder ones. On the plus side, it’s in a good location and has parking, which is rarely full. On the negative, it’s too small to serve the Kodak area, it’s selection of produce is small and there’s frequently a queue to pay. Usually quite a lot of people walking in and hanging around it to buy alcohol too.

Rude arrogant staff, always multiple team members gathered around chatting with queues of customers, staff don't know their own policies. Following up with head office as staff and duty manager were abusive.

I came to the store before the closing time and despite asking to be let in I was refused entry to get essentials for breakfast. Unacceptable! Don’t state you are open till 10pm when you shut the door at 9:55! The staff would not assist, I’m on my way from holiday with an empty fridge now left without food because Tesco staff just shut the door whenever it is convenient them!

I live locally. Am tired of this store being focused on selling alcohol. People need to eat. Security guy follows you around like you are going to steal something. Prices have risen by 50 per cent. They continually move stock around so you can't find things. Massive turnover of staff but they don't advertise jobs so local people can apply. Cages with stock in aisles. Bread is often stale. Or stale the next day. Price is expensive junk. I wish tesco would shut Down here and we could have a decent store like aldi selling fresh decent food. It's not too much to ask to have fresh bread is it? Oh and loads of staff but always queues as often no staff behind till. No I don't want to use self service tesco I don't work for you.
