I have just returned from a trip to Blackpool booked with leisuretime but on your coach. Our driver was ray , he was the most lovely driver I have ever met . Very helpful and friendly he is a credit to your company

Left a double decker full of customers stranded on the side of the M5 after the driver lying to the entire group saying that his coach had been fixed after having been in trouble all the way from Bridgend (South Wales) to Worcester. The vehicle broke down only 5 miles after joining the M5 after being rude to his entire party and after leaving people in Worcester leaving BEFORE the arranged departure time. What a farce, no wonder they lost their operators license for a year, they only just got it back and here we go again!

I would like to thank Phillip our bus driver on our blackpool trip this week by leisuretime he was fantastic, the trip was great as well. The rooms at the Georgian hollies were a bit small with a very small bathroom but all in all a great trip away .keep the jokes coming Phil you are one of the best .

One of their vehicles crashed into the side of mine whilst we were practically stopped (due to a vehicle being parked in front of us). The coach crashed into my wing mirror as it was driving too fast and on the wrong side of the road. Contacted the company, spoke to a guy called Mike Davey, who was extremely rude and fobbed me off saying it was apparently us who crashed into his vehicle, despite being stopped and on OUR OWN side of the road. Was told by a manager that it would get fixed and then told it wouldn’t be the next day? Absolutely awful service, rude. Coaches absolutely zoom through areas where they definitely shouldn’t be, would never use their services, only if I had a death wish.

Went to torquay on Friday 24 Feb came back on Monday 27 what a fantastic driver Phil was he is the reason for the 5 stars never meet one like him he made mine and lailas holiday with his helpfulness and his jokes

Was 30 mins late...coach could not go faster than 40 mph...then coach driver took us to the coach park and asked for money to drop us into the wochester market...hour later decided to take us to the market.. we arrived at 1309 instead of 1130. Then the bus completely died and we have been stuck in the services ...Still waiting to be picked up.It is now 22.26 Dec 3 2022...been waiting in the services for DAVEYS OF BRIDGEND TO PICK US UP ....IM DISABLED AND NEED TO BE HOMEWe have been told 3 times bus arriving within the hour...22.30 now told no bus coming!Shameful way to be treated....22.47 making arrangements for friend to pick up.23.03we been rescued and now on the way home

We went on the Toureasy/Leisure time/Davey Travel weekend trip to Tenby last weekend. The weather was mixed but everything else was Great. Beautiful new coach with a very skillful, caring driver. We have stayed at The Belgrave many times, it is a bit quirky but never fails to please, we had a large, seaview room, the food was excellent and the staff were very eager to please. Absolute bonus for us was the Chepstow pick up. Add it to the list and you've got our business every time. Where to next ?
