Thank you Paws for taking such good care of our foster dog. She went in for grooming and came back smelling beautiful and looking so happy :) for a dog who was so quiet and nervous when she first arrived with us, it was wonderful to see :) The whole team at Paws are always on hand to help and really go that extra mile. We have rabbits and fish at home too and they are always able to get in the products we want for them. A big thank you to the whole team at Paws :) We think you are awesome xx

My husband just returned from here raving about how helpful and friendly they were. We've just got a new puppy and he went in for advice about chew toys and said they had great advice. I highly recommend and will definitely be using this pet store for everything we need. Thank you!

What a wonderful store, this business has supported us through the lockdown we have several rescue animals and when we have needed to order specific items in they have always done their best to find the right products for us and at the right prices .I know how tough this past year has been on small businesses but this shop has right through the lockdown managed to keep our animals in feed even when there was shortages of certain feedstuff they managed to source it for us even with my dads dog as my dad has kidney failure and is on dialysis and has had to safeguard they managed to source the products he uses so I could safely get them to him .They have a good selection of bird toys our African grey often likes a new treat or toy and they sell the most wonderful microfibre pet towels as we recently purchased a large dog one we actually use on our horses that’s what I love about this shop if there is something your looking for they can most certainly help find it .They have a good range of products right through the shop and I like to look to see what they have that’s new for our animals .I am definitely one for supporting local small businesses and they have lovely staff too ,always helpful when I need stuff for our animals it certainly beats buying online there is nothing better than actually being able to walk into a shop and see what it is your buying instead of ordering online .I just wanted to say thank you for all the help recently from all the staff there you all work so hard ,I think people forget you too are frontline workers as have stayed open to keep our pets in feed and treats and essentials during this tough time .Stay safe everyone from all our furries and feathered friends at the Pope household ☺️

I bought my beagle in for a groom today and couldn’t be happier. He’s not the easiest and the girls managed him really well. Professional and friendly service. And REALLY reasonable price, very affordable compared to where we have taken him before. There is also a great selection of products for all animals which is really comparatively priced. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic local Pet Store, Yes at times a little more pricey than online retailers but you have to respect the overheads they have VS that faceless online company that adds little to nothing to our local community.Great selection, we use Burn's biscuits for our little pooch and have recently purchased an aquarium, just letting it settle and will be heading in to get some fish and food!Keep up the good work, Only suggestion i would have is to be more vocal on social media to reach out to more potential customers.

Went there in December 2019 for the second time for claw cutting. I wasnt happy as after an appointment made. I got there to be told the groomer wasnt in. I wasnt contacted to let me know. They went ahead to clip his claws we went up to the room to find it a complete mess. It hadn't been cleaned up from the last dog that had been groomed there. Dog fur everywhere. Ever since I've had a battle with fleas. I wont be going back there. Totally disappointed with the whole experience.

I would never go to this joke of a company ever again. I went in to ask for a quote to get my dog groomed, as it seemed to have good reviews. But upon arrival I waited for a member of staff for over 20minutes. Upon when they finally seen to me, they spoke to me with attitude. Absolute disgrace of customer service. Maybe they need to focus on actual customer services. Never go back again. Lost a really good customer.
